After 3 men died in a helo crash where Discovery had given Joe Teti his own show, 'Lone Operator', Joe Teti's resume came under scrutiny by Mykel Hawke and the ENTIRE Special Forces Association (over 3000 retired SF men). In 2014 the SFA revoked Joe Teti's SFA membership for NOT providing PROOF of his Military Claims.
Joseph Teti then sued the SFA & Mykel Hawke for 'defaming' him, yet he (teti) would still not provide PROOF of his Military claims.
In depositions, 2 Star General James Guest testified that he (Guest) could never have signed even one of Teti's two Fake & Forged Combat Dive Diplomas as he (Guest) was NOT Commander on the dates the Diplomas showed. Teti withdrew his SLAPP Lawsuit WITH PREJUDICE.
Mykel Hawke discovered, through Teti's SLAPP Lawsuit, evidence that the Executives at Discovery Channel had not only NOT VETTED Teti as Teti stated in Depositions, Discovery had, also, protected Joe Teti's Lies, and they had taken an active role in defaming Mykel Hawke. This led to Mykel Hawke suing The Discovery Channel. Most importantly, Teti admits that he gave Discovery Communications his DD-214s (plural-USMC/NATIONAL GUARD SF), 83 Documents in all. Yet, Patrick Hawk admitted to not needing to VET Teti and Teti admitted in Depositions that Discovery never Vetted him, those 83 Docs never Vetted.

1. Combat Vet Claim--When he claims OIF and OEF he is claiming them as a soldier as you cannot claim them as a contractor and he automatically claims an ICB as teti was SF and if he never served in those campaigns, by the Federal (and some states), he is committing STOLEN VALOR--and we already know by 2 Star General Guest that Teti's Combat Dive Diploma(s) were fake and forged, so that would mean his DD-214 reflected the same fakes and forgeries.
2. 2nd Force Recon--Requisites for this are Combat Dive (teti never passed) and S.E.R.E level C (teti never attended).
3. The Special Forces Association (SFA) asked teti to back up his military claims and he couldn't, hence the boot.
4. Teti admits to giving 83 documents to Discovery AND his DD-214s and since Teti admitted on one of the DS episodes that he was a Combat Diver would that not mean he gave over one of those two fake and forged Combat Dive Diplomas, cuz we do have him saying that on a video clip....That would mean that the DD-214s he gave Discovery should say that too, and we know that is a lie thanks to 2 Star General Guest.
5. Teti claims to only run three sites that are his and he blames 'one man' for the pages posting the truth which he calls lies....That is funny since Teti admitted in depositions to hiring Mark Ryan of the The Mahalo Agency to defame Captain Hawke with Fake and Fraudulent Websites and attack and defame Captain Hawke with Fake Profiles (some that teti himself used) when Captain Hawke never made a single page against teti. All of the Truth pages were started and run by me, Monique Marie.

ESPECIALLY after Teti's EMBELLISHED RESUME got one of their own, MD, KILLED while filming on the set of Teti's SF oriented show "Lone Operator" that Discovery gave him based on his LIES....
Fact is, if Discovery would have VETTED Teti as they should have, they would have known that Teti was NOT qualified for the "Lone Operator" show. Discovery was beyond GROSSLY NEGLIGENT and one of the reasons they protect Teti's Lies.
When more than just a couple of SF Brothers speak out about the same LIES and EMBELLISHMENTS, Execs at Discovery should have listened instead of allowing Teti to continue to LIE and ATTACK and SUE the TRUE HEROES....

Speaking of Edward Fenno, Discovery's Attorney, you would think that he would be a whole lot smarter and have more integrity than David Redding, who believed Joe Teti's Lies and Filed a SLAPP lawsuit against the ENTIRE SPECIAL FORCES ASSOCIATION & MYKEL HAWKE with FAKE & FORGED MILITARY DOCUMENTS, PROVEN BY 2 STAR GENERAL JAMES GUEST.
Unlike Redding, Fenno IS being paid for his services. And money leads to avarice and deterioration of personal integrity. The promise of a huge pay day devours an individual's sense of right and wrong until all they see is green and dollar signs.
Edward Fenno should take note of the FACTS of the teti saga and listen to SPECIAL FORCES COMMANDERS who knew teti personally and teti's SPECIAL FORCES BROTHERS who also knew teti personally.
Edward Fenno should realize that he is not just fighting Mykel Hawke in this lawsuit, but the entire Special Forces Community, as teti is a disgrace to the SF Tab and teti's LIES have caused great damage to the SF Community by LYING about his SF Resume and earning money and getting people killed by doing so.
Edward Fenno should also realize that no matter how this lawsuit ends, this story will be told and Fenno will be smack in the middle of it.
I wonder if Fenno will enjoy the same disgrace Redding is enjoying now due to teti's LIES.
And I wonder if Fenno will enjoy his legacy being one of duplicitous and down right disgusting actions taken against Mykel Hawke, Hawke being a part of an Elite Community whose integrity will outshine every dirty trick employed by Fenno on behest of Discovery.
Fenno, ask yourself why a man would take on a huge company like Discovery and risk complete financial ruin. It is definitely not for the money that causes Discovery to hide the TRUTH. Hawke fights for the TRUTH to be known and you should take a chapter out of his book of Honesty, Integrity, and Commitment to that TRUTH.
Fenno, open your eyes and find your moral and ethical compass.
